What do you think of the price of most ebooks?
Now I have found some amazing authors. I've purchase a book for .99 or free and ended up getting the entire series. For example I read Quin Loftis Grey Wolves Series. The book was free and it had 8 books in the series. The book prices range from 2.99 to 4.99. The first book was free. I even read the series the author had to offer. Another example is Official Girl by Charmanie Saquea it has four book in that series. I have read many of her other series as well.
I really don't understand if its a series. Now I stand a lone I can understand it being more. Don't expect us to pay more 2.99 for less than 130 pages. I refuse to pay a high price a book between the 50-75 pages. It better have no mistakes and well written. There is nothing worse then paying for unedited book.
If you expect for readers to pay for you ebooks.
Few tips:
- Make sure edited well
- Length
- Well developed
- Great plot~We tired of reading about the same things.
- Be Creative
That is just my opinion. Most story is in urban about drugs dealers or gangsters. I don't mind as matter fact I love reading about the lifestyle. I just wanted it be more creative. Most of the time I switch genres often so I don't get bored with Urban Fiction. For once I want to read a successful black person not living the hood life. They have drama as well and other issues. Most authors write from their experiences or what they know. When I was teenager I had that thug fetish. So I can understand where most the stories come from. I like reading about one every know and then. So I don't knock those authors at all.
I'm ask you authors to be more creative. Now my favorites don't change. LOL
